We are looking for one or more motivated students to join an exciting process improvement project at our production site.Staff management yes/no:
none
Main responsibilities/tasks:
- Analyze current work processes
- Identify waste and process inefficiencies
- Develop and present improvement proposals to optimize operations.
Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous project work or internships in manufacturing or process improvement are beneficial but not required.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
