Your Role: As a Content Marketeer, you will bring this mission to life through powerful storytelling and creative campaigns. You will create and manage content that highlights our expertise, strengthens our position as a trusted partner in the aquaculture industry, and engages audiences across digital and offline channels. With your creativity and marketing skills, you will open new opportunities to connect with our stakeholders, support our growth in the German market, and lay the foundation for future international expansion.

You report directly to the Head of Global Aqua Marketing & Communications. In the absence of the Content Marketeer, the work is carried out by colleagues from the Marketing department or the Head of Global Aqua Marketing & Communications.

Main responsibilities/tasks:

Create engaging content at our factory, research centre, and at customer locations (both in the Netherlands and abroad).
Manage and coordinate your own content calendar in line with our marketing strategy and the latest trends.
Proactively plan and coordinate visits with colleagues and customers.
Edit and publish content using modern tools and apps (CapCut, Adobe CC, etc.).
Collaborate closely across departments, building strong internal relationships.
Contribute to other marketing projects, such as event organisation, advertising, and campaigns.

Your profile:

Medium to senior experience in content marketing.
Strong creative skills and a passion for visual storytelling.
Hands-on, self-starting personality with a drive to take initiative.
Experience with social media platforms and content editing tools.
Comfortable working independently while being part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel abroad.
Flexible mindset and open to supporting a variety of marketing activities.
Written and spoken English and Dutch. German is an advantage.
