For our growing business in the Koi, Pond, Aquarium and Angling sectors, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) who will win new customers, develop strong partnerships and drive the sustainable growth of our business.
You feel just as comfortable sitting at the table with an international retailer as you do talking to a passionate specialist dealer. You spot opportunities, think commercially and enjoy actively developing new business.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden/taken:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Acquire new customers and further develop existing partnerships.
- Work with retailers, garden centres, DIY chains and specialist dealers.
- Build new markets and further develop existing ones.
- Increase sales, volume and market share within your area of responsibility.
- Identify trends and turn market opportunities into commercial success.
- Represent Alltech Coppens at trade fairs, customer events and industry events.
Je profiel:
- Experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development.
- A strong drive to win new customers and actively develop business.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Initiative, curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- An entrepreneurial approach and a strong customer focus.
- Willingness to travel.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
