Place in the organization:

The financial department has three entities for which they keep the accounts, namely Alltech Coppens BV, Alltech Coppens GmbH and Alltech Coppens Aqua Center BV. In addition, Alltech Coppens reports the financial figures of the three entities monthly to the Alltech office in Stamford (UK), which ensures the consolidation in the total Alltech Group figures. The Team Leader is part of the six-person finance team.

Main responsibilities/tasks:

  • You manage the Finance department;
  • The monthly reports and other necessary management information are provided by you;
  • You provide the consolidated reporting packs for the three entities to the group holding company in UK;
  • In collaboration with the Finance Manager you prepare the annual accounts;
  • You play a supporting role in drawing up the annual budget;
  • Preparing/monitoring the liquidity forecast;
  • You manage the insurance portfolio;
  • You critically analyze the stock from a financial point of view;
  • The development and management of the Administration Organization and Internal Control;
  • You conduct performance and assessment interviews with the employees of the Finance department;
  • And further all work that can reasonably be required of you.


  • Manage the employees of the Finance department;
  • Make payments and collections with the permission of the Management;
  • Setting priorities for the work to be carried out;
  • Adjust or improve working methods and procedures within the Finance department in consultation with the Finance Manager.

Key qualifications, experiences and characteristics:

  • A completed HEAO or HBO+ education in Business Economics or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex issues.
  • Accuracy and precision in performing tasks.
  • Positive attitude and good communication and social skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team player.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and Excel for effective document management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage.
  • Command of both German and English language, spoken and written.
